The comments section here is the epitome of ignorance and foolishness. I don't understand how people who likely have little to no post secondary education think they know better than a professor of law from a distinguished university. There's so many over confident imbeciles in the world.
how did Joe Rogan end up with the worst scum as his fans? I've never heard such a collection of ignorant statements in all my life.
First and foremost we are not nor should we ever become a democracy. You have no constitutional right to vote for The Office of President or Vice President. You have certain rights preventing exclusion, but you have no right. This is to prevent a populist democratic majority from voting themselves benefits at others expense. You know like what happens in a democracy. The Electoral College is to prevent New Yourk, and California from dictating to Missouri and Arkansas how they will be governed. While it is a fact we need to restore power to the states and strip it from the Federal Government, his proposal would do nothing but further centralize power in DC. The guests proposals on funding campaigns is equally shady. What do they do with our money now? They vote themselves raises and increases on a whim, and the public is clueless. What we need are term limits on all elected offices, and a outright ban of any engagement with anyone in office, their assistance, or delegates after the ter
Automatic voting registration means illegals get to vote, that's the only thing they want to pass in that bill. Nancy Pelosi lives in a mansion, she doesn't care about lobbyists. They pay her bills.
The same thing happened to this guy that happens frequently on Joe's podcast. He can come off as presenting intelligent, well-reasoned arguments for only so long. As the long form interview unfolds, the personal biases and lunacy reveal themselves and call the motives behind those first ideas into question.
I love when joe never pushes back against leftists. never asks tough questions....
the electoral college has always been in the constitution. The 12th amendment just clarified and set up a better standard for how it works.
you guys just won't troll or your just stupid. the guys right and although he may some some bias the things he suggested would effect all party's equally.

yeah get your news from showd created by Hollywood because they're not bias at all
Question for listeners... Have you heard of the app Countable? It collects polls on the different political bills. I like the idea but am not crazy about the app. Wondering if there's an app that is very clean non partisan polling on bills and issues? I want to see a map, see how districts, counties, states voted on bills. Then I want to see how the reps of those areas voted. Would help to keep these guys honest I think. Would love to build this app if it doesn't exist.
this guy dreams of Bernie Sanders doggy style
this dude is such a shill.. you are starting to seem like one joe
it would be great if this guy didn't whisper 90% of the time.....
This guy is a hypocrite and a liar: He talks about corruption but never brings up Hillary, Bernie or the DNC and yet he has the nerve to talk about Trump voters being bias and corruption. We see right through you.
only a few mins in but so far makes sense I assume he makes some comments that are biased but so far he's right
hard to listen to this dude, he assumes he's in leftist echo land. Telling me Pelosi is doing the best thing ever, Mitch McConnell is the embodiment of evil. you have diverse listeners Joe. let them know!
liked it alot!
