Susan Nocella and Rena Marken are with Santa for Seniors, a program created by Lutheran Community Services NW, and which has grown to 16 counties in 2 states. Because so many seniors - at least 1 in 5 - live alone or are housebound, often a fixed income and left unrecognized, this program was created to bring about change during the holidays but also throughout the year. There are many ways to be involved - by volunteering, hosting a drive, making a donation.
