I loved this episode!! I am a group instructor, and the studio I taught at before was all about beating the shit out of people and I honestly thought that's how it should be, so I followed suit. I found you guys about 6 months ago and literally listen from 7am-2pm....I play episode after episode and have learned soooo much...now I am currently pursuing my nutrition certification and I branched out and opened my own studio and what makes my girls come back, is that I do slow them down, correct form and personally take the time to help them prevent injury!! Thank you for all of the information you spill in each and every podcast as well as the humor between you all!! I am addicted!!
