They have relaxed the rules on blood donations due to thr pandemic...doesn't that indicate that clearly the laws are arcaic and need charged.

It doesn't matter how many times I hear about crimes such as these, the sheer inhumanity exhibited is shocking. Dahmer seemed damaged from the start. Maybe more intervention would have stopped him? It's easy to look back and speculate. Just horrific.
