125 – Half Size Me: The Importance of Body Acceptance with Jennifer (plus BIG news about the HSM app!)
Update: 2014-06-30
Description
In this episode of Half Size Me, Heather talks to Jennifer about
* why modeling helped her learn to value her health over being thin
* what she did to become successful at losing the weight
* what she realized was more important than keeping toxic relationships
* and much more!
About Jennifer: "I am married and a happy mother of two active boys.
I have struggled with weight since my teens. I've been on every diet known to man and came to the conclusion that eating healthy doesn't mean deprivation and exercise doesn't need to feel like punishment.
Getting healthy and staying healthy has been a journey of the body, mind, and soul. I am 42 and probably healthier than I've ever been. I'm now teaching Zumba three times a week and can’t wait for the challenges that lie ahead."
