wrt food for kids. our son used to eat blueberries, vegies, ect. when an infant. their tastes change as they become toddlers and even kids. Nowadays, he is big into pretzels, rice, chicken, etc. we have to force him to eat veggies now. My wife was incredibly healthy during her pregnancy (omega 3's, salads, etc.)
