#129 - Conflict and bouncing back using redirections
Description
When we redirect a student we are making a choice to interact around inappropriate behaviour. Conflict can be caused through not knowing our boundaries and often waiting too long to have the redirection. The opportunity to bounce back to learning conversations can also be a cause of escalation.
