13: Why I’m NOT Interested In Scaling My Business

I am not interested in scaling my business...
And it’s probably not the reason that you just assumed.
❓ “Are you wanting to spend more time with your children?” — honey… have you met my children?!? Ha! Just kidding. I love them but no, that’s not it.
❓“Work less! Live more! Stop the hustle!” — Work & hustle are NOT my enemies (they aren’t yours either). Human + Hustle happens to be one of my favorite intersections. Sorry, wrong again.
Then WHY?
Because this strategy & this model of Culture execution works, BUT ONLY WORKS, when you go all in. And I want to be ALL IN!
