What is going on people!!! We are back, and this week we have a familiar face…. We are back with part two of our episode with Humphrey who founded the football academy, Lion Heart Football Academy!!!
If you haven’t already, make sure you check out part 1, where Humphrey takes us on the journey from life before starting the academy, how he originally wanted to just work within the industry of which he was passionate about, football, but a combination of a university course he had enrolled on and the closure of the academy he was scouting for led him to start thinking about starting his own business. He discusses getting started and the challenges he has faced along the way.
In part two we delve into his story a bit further, discussing how he has managed to navigate the last year, dealing with rejection, trying to grow a team but dealing with unreliable staff members, dealing with imposter syndrome, overcoming low periods and the psychological effects on young kids leaving football academies!
