Joe, what exactly is Laird coffee? I have been to his web site and all I see are creamers with Tumeric added? IS that it? IS there a recipe? Thanks in Advance. Anybody know what Joe is talking about?

he seems like an interesting guy but definitely has a little bit of a bullshit meter. some claims he is making about increasing v02max and the reason for getting lighthearted are a little dubious. cool to try out his training methods and I see alot of merit for people who are injured as joe said, but people need to be careful about celebrities dishing out medical or health advice. when in doubt.. ask your doc. simple.

Trevor White Haha still listening to this guy.. his assertion that 75% of the bones in your body are in your feet.. straight up wrong. it's actually closer to 25%. each foot has 26 bones.

If any of you like this I highly encourage you to go see an old surf documentary called "Riding Giants" to see the big wave champ in his natural environment and get a good history lesson on big wave riding.
