Joey is currently Head of Engagement for Impact Dance who are an art for social change organisation empowering young people through dance training, mentoring and national and international performances. Joey is also the chair of the board at SportCheer England which is the national governing body for cheerleading in England, one of the fastest-growing sports in the UK with nearly 90.000 participants.
