Specifically, I'd like to share 5 mistakes I see or hear almost every non-native English speaking yoga teacher make.
Mistakes are inevitable and I actually encourage you to make them. Making mistakes helps you get out of your comfort-zone. By making them you overcome shyness and can find out what you can do or say differently to express yourself clearer and more effectively.
But sometimes, we aren't aware of the mistakes we make and people 'forget' to tell or correct you. So, in this episode I want to help you understand what you possibly say wrong when teaching yoga in English, so that you can improve your communication with your students during and beyond your classes.
