Confused at his nutritionally protocol considering he recently co authored papers on. The "metabolic winter" hypothesis: a cause of the current epidemics of obesity and cardiometabolic disease. Oxidative Priority, Meal Frequency, and the Energy Economy of Food and Activity: Implications for Longevity, Obesity, and Cardiometabolic Disease Very conflicting

Facts Don't Care About Your Feelings

Sam Lustig If quality of life also improves GREATLY then sure, I'll pay whatever money is necessary to extend my life, but if not I'm perfectly fine dying at 75. Just because you aren't comfortable with the idea doesn't mean other people are not perfectly fine with it.

Liam S My grandmothers are both over 75, their health is not good, their life is all about staying home, and they still enjoy life and they're not Trump ( I was going to say grumpy, but my keyboard corrected it to Trump and I'm fine with it).

Joe, you said, you don't like to see how cruel is nature, but you do "bow" hunting. that's unnecessary f... cruel. how hypocritical of you.

damian ferr If you're mad about hunting, you better be a vegan. Farm animals go through a lot more Hell to make it to your plate than any wild animal hunted down by bow or bullet.

damian ferr Maybe he doesn't like to see how cruel is nature but at the same time he prefers hunting over farming animals to get our essential amino acids... Which maybe you can get from your fancy stores buying 20 products that cover the same amino acids than a piece of meat, but a shoe maker from a little town can't. I don't know, maybe you should get an explanation from him before assuming what he thinks. You're too quick to judge, you seem to think your way of thinking is the right one and so anything that differs from it in any degree is automatically wrong or immoral.

Part of me wants to believe David but he just has way too many conflicts of interest. There are plenty of articles written on his credibility and everything he's saying is still essentially unproven. Even their methods of measurement in the trials are questionable at best.
