It's when Joe starts speaking through opinion, instead of fact, that he loses me. He has no clue how police work and he's proliferating an ignorant point of view to all of his listeners.

was malcolm referring to Law and Order SVU? That version seems to be for females, but not the original, nor Criminal Intent
Ted Jordan
I always wondered why when i listened to Howard Stern he couldn't tell when his guests were lying. Like Malcolm intimated, strong visuals can make you miss deception #Gladwell #MalcolmGladwell

I had to stop listening because i couldn't take it anymore. Not even the Pope deserves as much benefit of the doubt this guy is giving.

So many assumptions. So much conjecture. To much Koolaid

great episode except the take on police! 95 percent of police officers are respectful of citizens and the law. However 100% of criminals are disrespectful of our laws and rights for a decent existence!

as a cop in Canada... this guy has so much confidence in his opinions about policing and yet has no concept of reality... hes against police cars being black a white? This guy is a moron...
Luke Chidgey
How much does Malcolm sound like Trump lol
James Cook
This guy obviously has no idea how police actually work. I get the issue with communication, but the rest odd just ridiculous.

Having been a cop for over 20 years, he is describing exactly how American law enforcement works, especially traffic cops. I have stopped thousands of drivers for an inoperable license plate light. Chicken shit ? Maybe- but your states vehicle code is filled with chicken shit violations like that. Don;t like it? Call your congressman and have all the chicken shit violations deleted. The cop they are talking about went waay to far, but I can assure you there have been more rapists, burglars, drug traffickers and kidnappers caught because of that license plate light law than you can possibly imagine.

Owning a gun shouldn't be seen as a threat. It currently stands as our right to own them. the vast majority of gun owners are law abiding people. Comparing Canadas police force to Americas isnt a way of fixing issues.
Ronald
does he ask him what it was like hanging with Epstein?

Joe "there are only 5 people in the world having problems with Marijuana" Rogan At least 50% people I know that smoke a lot, definitely have a Problem. And I know a lot of them...

Great episode

Some of the police shit in the beginning seems like horseshit. this police officer sounds like an asshole and I find it hard to believe that this man was afraid of a young woman in a car and what fuckin bussness is it of his if this woman smokes a cigarette? And since when do cops pull you over and go to your passenger window. Never happened to me? Even on an interstate. I've been pulled over many many times and was doing exactly what I was accused of almost every time and they always go to the driver side window. This is a clear cut case of a tyranical fuckhead cop bullying a woman just because he could. And when he didn't get the reaction he wanted he threw a tantrum and ASSAULTED a woman who he'd already harassed under false pretenses. Joe was 100% right on this one. this dude was just trying to impose his will upon someone who he considered to be beneath him.
