Sarah is an Oxford University-educated neuroscientist, educator, presenter, media commentator, director of The Neuroscience Academy, and author of The Women’s Brain Book: The neuroscience of health, hormones, and happiness.

I had been a fan of Sarah’s work and her reading book was incredibly inspiring. I had to get her on the show to share her expansive knowledge with you as she breaks down life from the lens of neuroscience.
