LinkedIn’s funny. Sometimes I make strategic career-related connections.

Sometimes a former colleague or friend just makes sense to connect.

Sometimes, however, I see someone I don’t know at all - but resonate with absolutely everything in their headline and think, “This is someone I should probably connect with.”

If for no other reason than to learn something interesting and make connections with like-minded individuals.

(Plus, you never know where one conversation will lead)

Which is exactly what happened when Purpose Coach, Jessica O'Kane, and I connected.Her bio caught my eye: “Purpose Coach. Soul. Yoga Teacher. Sales. Marketing. High Achievers. Podcast Host”

And I knew we needed to connect. A couple months later, we connected live, went 30+ minutes over our allotted time, resonated on every level, and then recorded one of the most impactful podcasts I’ve been a part of.
