"The passion AND the challenge is an important combination. Make sure it's hard enough. Everything rewarding I've done, has been hard."
Malcolm is best known as a leading influence in the F&B industry and cofounded the multi-award winning Maximal Concepts. He has opened over 35 different concepts in his career and is best known for the flagship restaurant brand Mott 32, one of the most awarded Chinese restaurants in the world.

His follow-on film “The Last Glaciers” is set for release in 2021 and will be the most comprehensive film ever produced about the relationship between climate change, mountain environments, and glaciers.
