Blah blah. You are so full of shit Sam. Stick to other subjects.

Brian J Burke is a lot less than he applies to other subjects and so he comes off less credible. I have Trudeau who says all the right things but does what he wants and still pretends he is one of us. Which is worse an idiot who lies to your face or someone who tells you what you want to hear but cannot act honestly? Sam is too caught up vilifying the former and idealizing the latter and it makes him look stupid.

I'll always respect that Sam didn't flinch from criticism from the left about Islam or from the right about Trump.

This guy says “presumably” a lot. Here is an updated link for those interested in truths and facts of this spygate scandal. The biggest scandal in American history. Don’t be swayed by this propagandists presumptions. https://castbox.fm/vd/157192205

I dont debate that Trump probably tried to obstruct. more likely due to stupidity and his ego rather than intentional deception. But when this guy comes in and says Russia hacked the DNC emails it makes me question his whole shtick. No official body ever looked at the servers. They were looked at by the heavily DNC affiliated crowdstike who have already "bungled" other cases that just so happened to benefit their allies. I think Trumps a fouche and has likely done a lot wrong in his life but hes actually done a pretty good job as president and I think Sam protecting his dogmas by not admitting this, or just at least not thoroughly fact checking anti trumpers as he does pro ones. Love the podcast though. Would be nice to focus more on morality and free will rather than this stuff

Facts Don't Care About Your Feelings

Tony Chintz While I don't agree that Trump has done a good job, I don't think he's been a worse president than anyone else the last few decades either. Seems just average-level bad to me. I don't understand Trump Degrangement Syndrome, people just losing their shit all over the place because it's popular, really bizarrr and illogical phenomenon.

Tony Chintz Is a possible unprovable obstruction of a crime that never happened and was falsely reported and paid for by trumps opposition, more detrimental than treason being proven in light of a fake obstruction charge? Because if you watch or take in anything that could challenge your ideas then you would find treason being used by our president for Comey, mcabe, page, strojk and brennon. Please tell which is more important to focus on?

sloathwashington They have actually done some great investigative journalism (the one of Warren Buffet comes to mind), sure the listicals and whatever undermine that department, but it isn't absurd to narrowly call out their work in this space.

I've listened to Sam Harris for a while (less now) and back in 2016 he was one of the main merchants trafficking in Trumphobia. He did hours and hours of podcasts about how the bloody sky was going to fall if Trump was elected. Sam Harris assured us that the economy would go off a cliff and we'd end up in some civilization ending war. We're 3 years into the Trump presidency and, it's just not that exciting. He has failed his supporters in a lot of ways and ended up being a less outstanding President than both his supporters and haters thought he would be. It's amazing that Sam Harris feels no need to apology or admit that he was wrong in promising us all that Trump was the harbinger of the apocalypse and Hitler himself reincarnate. It must be great to be a leftist philosopher who can lie, end up totally wrong, never apologize and face no consequences.

Jonathan Roseland I don't think he needs to apologise and it's absurd to force him to. the desire to force people to apologise is pernicious. I think, as long as he is measured, you should operate in good faith as he tries to be.

Money Mayweather My ultimate point in all of this weather on this podcast and any news piece you or anyone likes to parrot. They are exactly just that. Opinion pieces written in vague wordings that hold zero weight in any court. Hence Trumps continued success in not being taken out by the extreme hyperbole of media induced fanaticism. I don’t need to quote the person being interviewed by Sam. As it’s all general, questionable, subjective dialog. My question is where are the facts of the case? Places, dates, names and associated agencies? None of that is spewed out of a single person being displayed anywhere besides the reps on Fox ie. Nunes, Gowdy etc. show me the articulable facts, the mosaic of intel and the body of uhm well evidence? None to speak of due to the collusion being done by Obama’s fbi and doj and them attempting to blame trump for it. The actual facts exist and have been stated on record and this guy ain’t talking about them dude.

Adam Warringer All the comments you spammed randomly poking holes in Sam and the guest's views instead of pinpointing why he's wrong are doing more to muddy the water than they are creating a debate. I don't think you inspired much confidence to get very many people to follow your link. At the least you should've explained to what podcast it led, how it's a better breakdown, and why it's worth sometime's time. I don't harbor you ill-will I'm just pointing out what I'm seeing.

this was a poor episode IMO. It's pretty commonly accepted that the "intelligence" institutions are not very intelligent and are pretty fairly Democrat heavy in personnel (strozyk, page, comey to just name a few.) To this guests proposed "test" mentioned at the end regarding reading the Mueller report but replace Trump's name with anybody else's ... do the same with strozyk/page texts but put Obama's name as the one they are talking about preventing the election of. Or read the Steele dossier but replace Trump's name with Obama and see if you are so keen on believing everything in it. this guest was very biased and disingenuous.
