Description

During this ADHD Awareness Month I have been revisiting past episodes and sharing one a week to give more explanation and hopefully create more understanding about ADHD experienced by late-discovered, more introverted and sensitive women.

I’ve shared what ADHD looks like for women who have made it through decades of their lives with no idea they have ADHD, why there seems to be a tsunami of women in midlife getting diagnoses, what an ADHD brain can really feel like, and this time I’m addressing some of the common myths and misunderstandings about ADHD that get in the way of people really getting what it is.

If what I share in this podcast resonates with you and you’re looking for support go to gabrielletreanor.com. And if you’d like to share this or any of my podcast episodes on social media or with your friends or family that would help more quiet ADHDers to know they’re not alone too.
