If we want to make our fitness journey more spirit filled, less flesh driven, and non idolatrous how do we do that? We now know the red flags of fitness becoming an idol for us but now how de we renavigate back to focusing on Christ in our journey and understanding what to do next?

Please remember you are not going to be perfect in this, just like everything else we are not expected to be perfect, we're just expected to realize when we have fallen short and surrender to the Lord.
