Description

Nick Hughes is joined by Rodwell Tambade of Two Brothers Inn from Harare, Zimbabwe. Rodwell is a long time supporter and member of Founders live.  He also has been busy growing Two Brothers Inn, which is a fast food outlet in Zimbabwe. Nick and Rodwell quickly dive into a fun conversation around entrepreneurship and what it means to two people on different sides of the world. We start by hearing about Rodwell's discovery of Founders Live, his path as a student at Chinhoyi University of Technology and his experience and story of getting going with his business. We learn more about Two Brothers Inn and why he decided to start the company in the food business. Rodwell shares his lessons of what he learned from entrepreneurship. Then Nick and him went back and forth asking each other questions and advice, with Rodwell asking Nick a few questions that were on his mind as well.  Finishing off the conversation, we learn more about how to find and pitch investors and how to develop and hire a team of great employees. This is a fun and touching conversation of inspiring entrepreneurship both from perspectives in the United States and in Zimbabwe, we hope it helps you today.
