Description

With so many things on our mental plate it can feel so hard to be present with your kids! We know how beneficial it is to spend quality time with your little ones and engage with them, so this week we chat to the amazing Psychologist Johanna Badenhorst on tips for being more present with our children!

Johanna talks about why connection is important, some signs your children might be feeling a bit disconnected, and how we can make time in our busy lives to be more present with our kids.
