Description

Phil Towle is a performance coach, coaching icons and legends like NFL Super Bowl winning coach Dick Vermeil, Rage Against the Machine's Tom Morello, Metallica, Rascal Flatts, and many others. In this first part of a two-part interview, Phil asks me to sit in the hot seat. He interviews me, coaches me, challenges me, in hopes that not only it will be helpful to me, but will provide helpful moments to you as well. It was honestly pretty difficult to do, knowing this was going to be broadcast, but I showed up and gave it everything I had. Let me know your thoughts!
