John is a powerful coach and an intentional creator of the life he loves living. He’s presented TedX talks, helped create a library for kids in Cambodia, trained with Buddhist monks in India, competed as a black belt and triathlete, cycled the US coast and across the Death Valley and performed as a professional magician.
Nowadays he coaches elite creators, from artists, CEO’s, business owners, couples and coaches to professional athletes and more. He’s most passionate about helping people from all around the world become the people they were meant to be. To express their power and love and to live their truth. He loves helping them create success both materially and spiritually.
We talk about this idea of “it only takes one to change a relationship”. Whenever we are relating with someone, we are not relating with that person per se, but we are relating to the idea we have about that person.
John makes this distinction between thoughts as waves and thoughts as undercurrents. We can’t choose how thoughts come up, but we can influence where they come from. So if there is a thought “I wish my partner would acknowledge me more.”, the underlying pattern that influences that thought might be “I don’t feel acknowledged.”
This is very important to recognize, because you CAN influence your underlying pattern, and create more conscious thoughts that serve you better.
I also talk about how I applied this into creating a much more loving relationship with Vanessa.
This is an incredibly simple but profound understanding.
