Description
I was put in touch with Sean McAuley and we sat down for a chat last week.
Sean is currently East Lothian co-ordinator for the SFA, 1st team coach at Bonnyrigg Rose who play in the Scottish Lowland League and has also had some playing experience when he was younger at clubs such as Dundee United, Hibs and Clyde.
We talked about Seans journey through playing and then leading into coaching, the importance of freedom, creativity and expression when coaching kids, how coaching a mens team is a way to bring back that buzz of a Saturday plus much more.
