Getting dressed should be easy, right? It’s just clothes! How hard can it be? You know your style, you have a vision of how you want to look, and all you need are the outfits. But when you go to shop, you hit the same roadblock over and over… Nothing fits.

 

Pants are too tight in your waist and too loose in your hips. Jeans are too short, but the rise is too long. You want a wrap dress but you can’t find one that hugs your curves and hides your insecurities. And don’t even get me started on finding a comfortable pair of shoes that still look sexy and cute. Of all the style struggles I hear from my clients, fit frustrations seem to take the cake.

 

But friend, this is not hopeless. You can solve this for good. I truly believe that. There’s a critical step you might just be overlooking on your style journey. So in today’s episode, I’m going to share one easy exercise that could make all the difference in helping you find the right fits for your figure so you can shorten the learning curve when you’re shopping and boost your confidence when styling your outfits.
