2. Workout: Grit & tenacity on the assault bike, why you should relax and reflect after a project

Today, I am deepdiving into 1 specific workout: 2x14min assault bike for max calories.
In the beginning, motivation is up! At the end, one can see the light at the end of the tunnel! But getting through the middle part is where valuable lessons are learned and where potential negative thoughts are setback occur. Similar to projects. What is different is that in projects, we often reflect back on the middle part, in particular those things that didn't go well. After a workout, we rest and reflect and are willing and able to do it all over again. For me, the difference is that projects often happen in parallel but also that I don't always take time to rest and reflect, and take success as a given. Maybe we should take a moment to celebrate and then reflect in order to have the energy to do it all over again and start with positive feelings.
