This week we have been running our healthy living week with the crew on our managed yachts, and to tie in with this we are thrilled to be joined by Katrina d’Artois for this episode to talk to us about all things nutrition. Why we may have certain behaviours when it comes to eating and how working on board a yacht can affect this. Katrina is a spa stew with 6 years of experience in yachting and last November she also completed her degree in Human Nutrition, so we really are talking to someone that understands the challenges crew face on board as well as the science and psychology behind our food choices.
