Motion is the precursor to emotion! Sometimes we need to focus on our mentality first before we can lead and help others. We have to be real with ourselves all the time. Don't decompress, press through! Matt Zagula is one of my mentors and he teaches me every week, but I have learned more in this hour with him than I have before. We need to help/coaching for ourselves so we can teach and train others better!
