In the twenty-first episode of Filosofisk podcast (the fourth one in English), we are joined by Katharina Berndt Rasmussen and Katherine (Kathy) Puddifoot to discuss implicit bias. What is an implicit bias? Are implicit biases under our rational control, or are we unable to influence the biases that we have? Should implicit bias be understood mainly as a problem concerning individuals and their psychological attitudes, or is it better understood as a structural problem?
