Dr Lucy and Dr Ivana discuss menopause and the importance of addressing the psychological aspects of this life transition. They explain the different stages of menopause and emphasise the need for women to have all the options and support available to them. They discuss the lack of attention and support given to perimenopausal women and the importance of creating a safe space for this transition. Dr Ivana shares her approach to helping women with menopausal symptoms through her menopause clinic and CBT group. They also discuss the impact of modern life on menopausal symptoms and the need for women to pause, review, and regroup to navigate this transition.
