I know they sorta moved on from the dogs getting killed, but that part struck me. I was raised and still live with Mastiffs and they don't fuck around. They're the sweetest dogs, so gentle and loyal, but if someone is hurting their human, only one party is walking out of that altercation, especially if it's an English Mastiff. The way it's described it seems like the man and dogs were killed because the robbers were deranged murderous bastards, but I personally think they probably shot the dogs out of self-preservation. They attacked the man, the dogs went to defend their owner, and were put down. Honestly they might have had different dogs by this point since 6 years had passed and large breeds like that rarely make it to 10, and who knows how old they were when they moved, but still. The fact that the robbers weren't at least a little mauled surprised me enough to write this. idk, who tf reads castbox comments anyways ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I can't believe they never heard of the Corpsewood Manor murders! I've heard it at least twice on other podcasts before this.. such a tragic story
This edit is a mess. They skipped from getting into the story to talking about what happened after the murders. 😩
I LOVE the Sinner!!! I can't wait for the new episode!!!
Ear Hustle is the best! I just finished it
Ear Hustle is an amazing podcast. Check it out.
A Quiet Place 2 looks scary AF!!! I don't know if I'll be able to not scream. Daytime watch only for me 🤣🤣
39:10, very bad edit! Cuts off Karen and goes right into a completely different conversation. Steven needs a vacation! 😉
I saw an episode of the Corpsewood story on ID awhile back. I don't remember what it was called, tho, but it was very interesting. Thank you for covering it!
I remember watching the shuttle exploding, I was completely traumatized, I was 23 and all I could think about was how excited they were and in the blink of an eye they were dead. it haunted me for months after.
Is it just me, or is this episode playing really fast?
15:26 ❤
