Description

Ben graduated from Wake Forest University in 2015. Started two boutique/high-end CrossFit gyms in 2014 and sold them in 2018. The gyms introduced Ben to health and wellness at a deeper level. He has lived in Austin since 2015 and has immersed himself in longevity and biohacking there. Ben is currently the founder of Disco, a men's DTC skincare brand launched in October of 2019, and products can be found on their website and at Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, and Target.
