Erin Smith shares her experiences working with students as a school social worker after getting her Master's Degree in Social Work from UNLV and receiving her Clinical License as well as the impact of generational trauma within families. We talk about the gifts and challenges of motherhood and Erin shares about creating her business Picnics In The LV. We also shed some tears of grief over the past and reminisce on some hilarious high school memories. I've known Erin for 20 years and her pure heart has always inspired me.
