The Women's Health, Wisdom, and... WINE! podcast is a weekly conversation with practitioners, providers, patients & healers about complex reproductive medicine & women's health challenges, the value of an integrative approach to these challenges, many of the women's health topics you're already thinking about & uncomfortable talking about & my personal favorite... WINE!
Menstruation is a uniquely natural, physiological process that is beautiful and inspiring... unless it's not. The Moon In You, curated with girls in mind is for EVERY person who menstruates, from menarche to menopause. This book will help uncover how periods have been kept in the dark and by the end you will find yourself closer to feeling The Moon In You. You will go on a journey that happens inside of you, a story that unfolds as you realize your period is a rite of passage.
