Apalling. yet in spite of everything else insane that is going on here, it is quite obvious that some suspicions of corruption and incompetence on the part of local law enforcement, are not entirely unfounded.
this is nuts. she's making reasonable 911 calls. if she has a "disturbing pattern of behavior" then so do I. I've had to call 3x in 2.5 years for people trying to get into cars/garages. eye roll.
