My guest today is Paula Carnell, a spiritual bee and honey consultant, speaker, author and host of the 'Creating a Buzz About Health' podcast. Based in Somerset, she works globally with individuals and brands helping her clients really prioritise their health.
Her journey as an entrepreneur spans some 40 years, 7 of which she was bed-ridden with an illness where she was told she'd never walk again. Today, she's bright and bubbly, active and living healthily and happily, doing work she loves.
I met Paula in 2023, and was hooked by her story. We've recently re-connected and I knew I had to share her story with you. Enjoy.
