246: The MINDSET You Need To Get Healthy
Hi, guys. Happy New Year, and welcome to the first brand new episode of 2022. This feels pretty exciting to me for a few reasons. Number one, I realized the other day that I started this podcast in 2017, So 2017, 18, 19 21, 22...That means we're going into our fifth year of the Rachel Hollis podcast, and back when I started, it was called something totally different. In fact, it's had a couple of different names over the years and ultimately just became the space where I could hang out with you and interview cool people and ask, I think, interesting questions, and talk about stuff that's going on in my life or lessons that I've learned.
And I just wanted to start by thanking you for being along for the ride and whether this is your first episode ever (Hey, girl!) or you've been a listener for years, I just really appreciate the opportunity to keep showing up with you every single week.
