Baron and Los talk to Joe McKay also known as Joe "Hardcore".  The Philadelphian spends a huge part of his time away from his career as a union cement mason booking shows, with the "This Is Hardcore" festival being the main focus.  Joe's mother took him to see Metallica when he was 7-years old.  That, in combination with watching Mtv’s Headbangers Ball, led to Joe's interest in music that went beyond the mainstream.
