2019 is right around the corner and with that being the case—so are new year's resolutions. In fact, a staggering statistic is that 92 percent of people fail to achieve their new year's resolutions. Why do so many people fail? The answer is: they quit—and to be successful, you have to not quit.

People quit for a number of different reasons, but one of the major factors that contributes to quitting something all together is a lack of consistency. It's not enough to be consistent, we have to be persistently consistent.

We have to focus on the little things day in and day out that will compound over time and lead into the results we desire. We have to shake off this expectation for instant gratification and realize that persistent consistency is what builds momentum and allows us to experience life in the manner in which we desire to experience it.
