Bjorn and I have known each other since middle school, and we spent some time talking about how he used his degree that he thought would force him into financial planning in the traditional sense and instead found the perfect path for him to utilize his skills, compassion, and coaching mindset.
Bjorn recognized he didn't want to work the hours that he saw his bosses work, and instead pivoted into a different career choice that has served him and a community very well.
