Every Year I get birthday blues, I take getting older very seriously. It feels like the death of the year gone because I know I would never be that age again. So if I feel like I haven't achieved what I thought I should have, depression sets in. However, it is a time to reflect on how far you've come and how much you've grown. Regardless of whether it's where you thought you would be, the fact that you are still alive is a reason to celebrate, because that means there's still hope.
