Wrapping up the final episode of the year, I sat down with Ben Edusei. Ben is an ambassador for Movember, a running coach and a PT. After losing his father, Ben experienced first hand his own mental health struggles when dealing with grief. 

From his own experiences, he's been helping other men to overcome their mental health challenges and has an awesome ability to bring people together around shared causes. Check out his work!
