Richard Holdren is a highly respected expert and consultant in welding, metallurgy, and industrial codes. He is the longest-serving member of the API 1104 committee (Pipeline Welding), serving for over four decades, and has chaired major ASME and AWS standards committees for nearly 30 years. After a successful entrepreneurial career founding H&R Inspection Service, Richard now brings his decades of expertise to Arc Specialties, specializing in complex welding and high-tech manufacturing challenges.
