Have you ever found yourself emotionally in knots after looking at something on social media, because you have compared yourself to someone else's seemingly perfect life?  I know for so long I did, and I also know that I am not alone in doing this.


It seems at times that so many people are more than pleased to tell you all about what they have, where they have been, what their house looks like, the trips they have taken, the food they eat, the car they drive, and the clothes they are wearing and so much more.


Now there is nothing wrong with having it all, its why we're here to build and create our life by our design, but I have found we have a culture of comparing ourselves to others and so often we come away feeling unworthy, dissatisfied with our life, who we are.  It can rob us of our confidence and instead of letting us see; if they can have this so can I, it has in many cases the opposite effect and stops us from even trying because we can begin to doubt its possible for us to be, do or have what we desire.
