In this episode I’m talking to Marissa Galante Frank, fashion director in beauty and accessories at Bloomingdale’s. Having been in the fashion industry for over a decade, Marissa shared the story of how she’s gotten where she is today, as well as how she’s adapted to balancing work and mom life since having her daughter a few years ago. From dealing with the mom guilt that comes from work travel, to finding female mentorship, to items that have boosted her confidence as she expects her second child, we had a wonderful and candid conversation about what motherhood has looked like for her in the corporate world.
