Jody Stevens has been a natural athlete all her life.
Encouragement from her mother led her to many athletic pursuits and further education in physical fitness.
Trying out a local powerlifting meet following a friend's suggestion, Jody started on the fast track to the top ranks of the sport domestically.
Having put together some hugely impressive performances, Jody was all set for the international calendar in 2023.
All of this took a turn at IrishPF Junior Nationals in April 2023.
