TY for the tips. 💁I do Tai Chi & to a meditation or Shamanic drumming; or dance to music. Otherwise, I sweep & mop my floors or sweep my porch or go for a 🚲 ride. I just attempt to do something daily for 5 minutes or more. It also helps w/ sleep believe it or not. 💃🙆💆🍻🙌
