This National Signing Day is marked by one of the best classes in Penn State recruiting history, with notable players coming from Central PA. CD East's Mehki Flowers, Manheim Township's Anthony Ivey, Central York's Beau Pribula, and Governor Mifflin's Nick Singleton all signed the dotted line to play for the Nittany Lions in 2022. The Sports Extra Podcast is joined by W.H.O.L.E. founder Darryl Daniel, who trains athletes to make the transition to college. Daniel has worked with top guys in the Midstate like Singleton, Beau Heyser and Ivey.
