Description

Today’s episode is something new and exciting at PG-ish! I’ve teamed up with Ashley Blackington, the host of the And/Both Podcast, to bring together some incredible women we both admire—women who are making waves and doing beautiful work in the world. In this inaugural roundtable discussion, we chat with Jess from ELIXR Coaching and Leslie from Mom’s Hierarchy of Needs about the very real struggles of women navigating the balance of motherhood and work. While there is much work to be done to change our modern corporate system, we believe that the first step is to start conversations that can spark a ripple effect of change moving forward.
